Stage 2 · Attraction
People buy sooner from someone they already know. Even if they have never met.
Someone who has seen your name come by a few times reacts differently to your message, your ad and your quote. Building that takes time you don't have. I make sure it happens anyway.

Why this works
Almost everyone stops after six weeks. That is why it works when you keep going.
Not out of unwillingness. It takes time every single week, exactly when there is real work to do as well. So it fades, and then it stops.
There are many companies in your market. Few of them are consistently visible. That is exactly why keeping it up pays off so well, and why I take over the production work.
You don't have to be a writer. You just have to know what you are talking about. And you do.

How I go about it
Four steps, and half an hour a week of your time.

What it is about
Together we decide what you have something to say about. Usually that isn't your product but your craft: the mistakes your customers make, what you have learned in fifteen years, why everyone does something you think is wrong.
Capturing your voice
How you talk, which words you do and don't use, what you get fired up about. That is the basis everything is made on.
Producing
I deliver the posts. You read them, change what is off, and approve. It costs you half an hour a week, not half a day.
Putting them to work
The posts that perform best go on as ads. More on that below.
Won't this turn into AI mush?
AI does the writing here. Not the thinking.
LinkedIn is full of posts churned out by a language model, and you can tell: bullet lists, hollow phrases, and nothing anyone didn't already know. You don't want posts like that, and I don't make them.
The substance comes from you. Your experience, your opinions, what happened to you that week.
Trained on the way you talk, not on a generic style. That is what step 2 is for.
You approve before anything goes out. Always.
An empty post is an empty post, whether a person or a machine wrote it. What matters is that there is something in it.
I built my own agent for this
It produces my own LinkedIn content and that of clients. Not an off-the-shelf tool with a generic style, but a system tuned to your voice. That is also why keeping it up works.

And then you use them as ads
A post that landed organically works as an ad too.
You can turn a post that performed well into a LinkedIn ad, from your personal profile, not from the company page. That works considerably better, because it looks like someone saying something worthwhile instead of advertising.
Looks like an ad, gets read like an ad. People scroll past.
Looks like someone saying something worthwhile. Gets read, and sometimes answered.
You know in advance what lands
You have already seen organically which post works. So you aren't putting budget on a guess.
Same price, better results
You pay the same as for a regular ad and get more back for it.
What else it delivers
Visibility carries over into everything else you do.
Better outreach
People who know your posts react differently to your message.
Findable in AI assistants
They also draw their answers from what has been written about you.
Material to reuse
On your site, in quotes, in conversations.
What to expect
Months, not weeks. And most posts do nothing special.
It starts working once it is a habit
The first months you are building. Anyone who takes stock after six weeks stops at the wrong moment.
Most posts go quiet
That is part of it. It is about the few that do land, and those you then use as ads.
Half an hour a week nobody can take over
The substance has to come from your head. The writing, posting and measuring I take over.
If you don't want to be visible as a person
Then this doesn't work. A company page that neatly posts updates gets a fraction of the reach of a person.
What do you have something to say about?
Thirty minutes and we will know. No strings attached, and you don't need to prepare anything. That is exactly the point.
